    CareHD is a Horizon 2020 research project research project investigating how the use of Connected Health (CH) technologies may support and improve the care of people living with Huntington’s Disease (HD). This study will examine the clinical care pathway, process of care and lived experience of people living with HD and their families in order to identify the key points at which CH technologies could be utilised to improve care and quality of life. This project is divided into 8 work packages:
