  This study is a single site sample collection study at St Mary’s hospital campus, Imperial College London.

  The aim of the study is to characterise the maturation of human B cell response to immunization with vaccines (HBsAg and Td/IPV) known to induce long-term memory responses. Sixteen participants will be recruited overall. Eight participants will be allocated to Group 1 (Td/IPV) and eight participants to group 2 (group 2) depending on their vaccine regime.
