Research summary
Recent development in data and image analysis with statistical learning methods, allow building algorithms that can more accurately and autonomously assess large amount of data and predict clinical outcomes.
We aim to develop an automated data driven software to evaluate a large dataset of medical images of varying population with different clinical findings, to aid diagnosis of disorders in joint extremities. Furthermore, the aim is to develop the software model as a learning tool for junior doctors, as well as an assisting tool for pre-surgical planning.REC name
