Data collection arrangements
Samples : blood, urine, saliva, faeces, hair, tissue biopsied
Data : Please refer to copies of RedCap surveys attached. Data to be stored using GOSH DRE Workspace.
Collection arrangements : Samples will collected using standard protocol of blood, urine, faeces, saliva and hair sampling using proper containers. Samples not being collected at Great Ormond Street Hospital will be shipped to be stored properly at Great Ormond Street Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.
Consent arrangements : Consent forms will be presented to research collaborators, including physicians and research nurses prior to project launch.
