  • Research summary

This study is designed to investigate whether the use of high-efficiency particulate air (HPEA) purifiers can help improve indoor air quality in the homes of children with asthma. To do this, we will use air pollution monitors in conjunction with an air purifier to assess whether the air purifier reduces levels of black carbon and other pollutants within the home and over a 24 hour period of monitoring.
