• Research summary

  This study will seek to generate an overview of the medication related needs of young people to enable them to successfully transition to adult services. A paper questionnaire will be distributed to all paediatric patients aged 11-16 years on long-term medications admitted to the paediatric ward (Monday - Friday) over a 3 month period. Thematic analysis with be undertaken.
