Research summary
Emerging research has established that stress urinary incontinence (SUI) can be a common complication in women with chronic cough (CC). Few data exist that define the burden that CC has on women with SUI. The study will add to the limited evidence that exists to demonstrate the burden of chronic cough on patients with stress-induced urinary incontinence. It will also contribute to the understanding of the prevalence of chronic cough in stress urinary incontinence patients.
