Research summary
LRK-4189-102 is a study of LRK-4189 in patients with advanced cancer. The study is in 3 parts. In the first part the study drug is given to groups of patients in increasing doses to find out if it is safe. In the second part, the highest safe dose will be given to a larger number of patients with advance colon cancer to see if it is safe and whether it has any effect on the cancer. The 3rd part of the study will test 2 doses of LRK-4189 in patients with advanced colon cancer to see which dose is safest but still effective. All 3 parts will be done using LRK-4189 on its own, but also using LRK-4189 in combination with standard chemotherapy.
