  Unilateral cleft lip and palate is the most common congenital craniofacial deformity in the UK. One of the objectives of the primary surgery is to improve facial appearance. In this study we will compare facial shape changes before and after surgery by evaluating retrospective 3D photogrammetric facial images, these images were already captured for treatment and research.
