This is a single centre, retrospective, cohort study based at St Helier Hospital in Carshalton, South West London. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on NOF management, length of stay and 30-day mortality in both COVID-19 positive and negative patients in a high-volume hip fracture unit in a district general hospital.
