It is a broad, overarching term for how we best organise ourselves in terms of people, systems, processes, finance – so that we can deliver our strategic ambitions
During the 2018-19 financial year we undertook significant organisational change to support a new integrated service model, aiming to improve researchers’ experience of the approvals process, including research ethics review.
During 209/20, our target operating model will focus on providing a streamlined service to the sector, supporting improved policy and sector intelligence and harnessing technology to improve the user journey.
