Karen Williams, a qualified accountant, joined the HRA in 2017 and leads the Resources Directorate, delivering great services across our people, finance, corporate governance, commercial and estates functions. Karen is also Deputy Chief Executive leading on strategic business planning and delivery.
Karen has over 30 years’ experience in public sector and charity finance and over 20 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, including at the Dartington Hall Trust (which includes Research in Practice and Research in Practice for Adults) The Arts Council and Breast Cancer Care.
