A blue line shows full review (research) data, which rises between 2018 (56 applications) and 2020 (78 applications), before falling year on year to a low of 51 applications in 2025.

A pink line shows precedent set review (research) data, which rises from 2018 (30 applications) to 2020 (46 applications), before falling to a low of 29 applications in 2023. It rises to 43 applications in 2024 and a high of 51 applications in 2025.

A yellow line shows full review (non-research) which trends the opposite way, starting at 29 in 2018, before trending down to a low of 11 in 2020, before rising to a peak of 47 in 2023. This reduces back down to the previous trend in 2024 with 20 applications, before slightly increasing to 23 in 2025.

A green line shows precedent set review (non-research) which stays almost the same each year, starting at 7 in 2018, dropping to 6 in 2019, 2020 and 2021, before rising back up to 7 in 2022 and ending on 4 in 2024. In 2025 it increased to 5 applications.
