This graph shows the number of staff we had employed and were able to work versus our planned capacity for the year (100%), comparing results year on year since 2020. The y axis shows the percentage and the x axis shows the year and the capacity at which we were operating that year. This year, we operated at 75% staff capacity.

In 2020 to 2021, we were operating at 90% capacity.

In 2021 to 2022, we were operating at 82% capacity.

In 2022 to 2023, we were operating at 86% capacity.

In 2023 to 2024, we were operating at 83% capacity.

In 2024 to 2025, we were operating at 75% capacity.
