Help us to create a better HRA website

Last updated on 17 Jan 2023

We’re looking for people that would be interested in taking part in an interview about their experience of using our website.

We want to understand the people who use our website and those who may use it in the future. This will help us to know what people need from our site and what issues they may encounter.

As a part of our user interviews we would be especially interested in speaking to anyone who is a:

  • patient
  • research study participant
  • carer
  • member of the public who is interested in research
  • university student

There are no expectations or requirements for the interview, it’s just an open and honest conversation about what you already know about the HRA, our current website and any experience you may have with health and social care research. We may discuss other sites you use regularly, what works and what doesn't and how we can create a better HRA website. The interview is likely to last between 30-60 minutes but is normally dependent on how much you want to tell us.

This is a voluntary opportunity. The interviews will take place over the next 2 weeks.

To get involved please email communications@hra.nhs.uk with your name and contact details, we will get back to you to discuss the opportunity more.
