Prof James Teo is a Professor of Neurology at Kings College Hospital, and Clinical Director of Data Science and AI at Kings College Hospital and Guys & St Thomas Hospital. He has extensive experience in data science research, including machine vision and clinical natural language processing, as well as clinical trial governance. He led the setup of the Kings Electronic Records Research Interface, Guys Clinical Research Advisory Group and the AI Centre's Data Allocation Committee for safe information governance in data science research. He continues to be a practicing clinical neurologist treating patients with stroke and neurorehabilitation.
