Our scores are updated monthly.
The satisfaction score is taken from the monthly User Satisfaction Report. Data is collected from UK-wide users of the HRA and those using the REC service in the Devolved Administrations (DA).
Respondents are asked to rate their experience of the overall service received from the HRA when making an application through the HRA approval process. The satisfaction score is the percentage of users rating this service seven out of ten or higher. Our aim is that this number is always higher than 70%.
The number of studies is the total in the financial year and is updated monthly with data from applications reviewed at an English REC and applications given HRA approval.
