HRA Christmas opening hours

Our opening hours will change over the Christmas and New Year period. To help you with your enquiry, a full list of dates and times is below:

The Central Booking Service (0207 104 800) – closes on Thursday 20 December at 4.30pm, reopens on Wednesday 2 January at 9am.

General enquiries (mainline 020 797 22545 and contact.hra@nhs.net) – closes on Monday 24 December at 1pm, reopens on Wednesday 2 January at 9am.

HRA queries (hra.queries@nhs.net) and IRAS queries (iras.queries@nhs.net) – close on Friday 21 December at 5pm, reopen on Wednesday 2 January at 9am.

IRAS technical helpdesk (helpdesk@myresearchproject.org.uk and 0207 043 0734):

  • closes on Friday 21 December at 5pm, reopens Thursday 27 December at 9am
  • closes Friday 28 December at 5pm, reopens Wednesday 2 January at 9am.

FOI enquiries (hra.foi@nhs.net) – will be open as normal.

Data subject rights requests (hra.data@nhs.net) – will be open as normal.

The Confidentiality Advisory Group (hra.cag@nhs.net) – only application bookings and administrative queries will be handled between 24 and 31 December. Full service will resume on Wednesday 2 January at 9am.

HRA assessment (hra.approval@nhs.net) and amendments (hra.amendments@nhs.net)  – will be open as normal.

Regional centres

All HRA offices will close on 24 December at 12pm.

Centre phone lines will be operated on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 December, 9am to 5pm. Full service will resume Wednesday 2 January at 9am.
