Dr Patrick Coyle is retired from the Clinical Governance Support and Development Unit of the Welsh Assembly Government and was formerly Medical Director of the Glan-y-Mor NHS Trust and Bro Morgannwg NHS Trust and Consultant Surgeon at Neath General Hospital. Patrick was Chair of the Security and Confidentiality Advisory Group before it became the DMsG in April 2008. He is chair of the Welsh Information Governance Board.
